CarJudgeAI is an AI-powered vehicle evaluation platform that provides analysis and documentation tools across five modes:
Vehicle Inspector
Upload photos to receive a condition assessment with scores, damage detection, paint analysis, and a buy/negotiate/walk recommendation.
Salvage Analyzer
Analyze damaged vehicles from auction sites (Copart, IAAI) with repair cost breakdowns, parts estimates, ROI projections, and max bid recommendations.
Dealer Deal Analyzer
Evaluate dealer offers by detecting junk fees, analyzing financing terms, and providing negotiation strategies.
Sell / Trade-In
Get your vehicle's market value, receive fix recommendations to boost value, and generate ready-to-post listings with trade-in analysis.
Accident Report
Document accident scenes, receive AI damage assessments and repair estimates, and generate insurance-ready claim summaries with emergency contact features.

NOT an Emergency Service
The Accident Report mode is a documentation and analysis tool. It does NOT replace calling 911 or emergency services. If anyone is injured or in danger, always call 911 first. CarJudgeAI is not an emergency response provider and cannot dispatch emergency services.
NOT Professional Appraisals
All vehicle valuations, market values, repair cost estimates, trade-in values, and investment projections generated by CarJudgeAI are AI-generated estimates for informational purposes only. They are NOT certified appraisals, binding valuations, or guaranteed prices. Do not rely on these estimates as the sole basis for financial decisions. Always obtain professional appraisals and multiple repair quotes for significant transactions.
NOT Legal or Financial Advice
Negotiation scripts, insurance claim summaries, dealer analysis, and trade-in recommendations are informational tools. They do NOT constitute legal, financial, or insurance advice. Consult a licensed professional (attorney, financial advisor, insurance agent) for advice specific to your situation.
NOT Mechanical Inspections
Photo-based AI analysis cannot detect hidden mechanical issues, frame damage not visible in photos, electrical problems, underbody rust, or other safety hazards that require physical inspection. Always get a professional pre-purchase mechanical inspection before buying any used vehicle.
Accuracy Limitations
While we strive for accuracy, AI analysis has inherent limitations. Actual repair costs, market values, insurance claim amounts, and vehicle conditions may differ significantly from our estimates. Photo quality, lighting, angles, and completeness directly affect analysis accuracy.
NOT Professional Mechanical Diagnosis
The DTC Code Analyzer provides AI-generated interpretations of OBD2 diagnostic codes. It is NOT a substitute for professional diagnosis by a certified mechanic. Always have trouble codes verified by a qualified technician before making repair decisions.
NOT Professional Financial Advice
AI financial recommendations (keep/sell/trade/refinance, equity analysis, EV switch analysis, market timing) provided through My Cars and Ask AI are informational estimates only. They are NOT professional financial advice. Consult a licensed financial advisor before making significant financial decisions about your vehicle.
Insurance Information
Insurance data stored in My Cars (company, policy, expiration) is for your personal tracking convenience. CarJudgeAI is NOT an insurance provider, agent, or broker. Insurance comparison links (e.g., The Zebra) are affiliate referrals, not endorsements. Always verify coverage details directly with your insurance provider.
SmartCar Integration
Vehicle data accessed via SmartCar (odometer, fuel, oil life) requires your explicit OAuth consent. You can disconnect your vehicle at any time from your garage settings. CarJudgeAI is not responsible for the accuracy of data provided by SmartCar or your vehicle's onboard systems.
Affiliate Disclosure
Some links within CarJudgeAI (insurance comparison, parts suppliers, OBD2 scanners, instant offer services) are affiliate links that generate revenue for CarJudgeAI. This does not affect the objectivity of our AI analysis or recommendations.
Voice Recognition
Voice-to-text in Accident Mode uses your device's Speech Recognition API and may not accurately transcribe all speech, especially in noisy environments. Always review transcribed text before submitting your report.
Third-Party Data Collection
You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent when photographing other parties' documents (driver's licenses, insurance cards) using Accident Mode. CarJudgeAI is not responsible for your collection, storage, or use of third-party personal information. Use these features only for legitimate accident documentation and insurance claim purposes.
Rate Information
Auto loan rates displayed in the Rate Drop Alert and Loan Calculator tools are national averages from public sources (Federal Reserve, Bankrate). Your actual rate depends on credit score, lender, loan amount, term, down payment, and other factors. CarJudgeAI does not guarantee any specific rate and is not a lender or loan originator.
Calculator Estimates
The Loan Calculator provides estimates for informational purposes only. Actual loan terms, monthly payments, interest totals, and true vehicle costs may differ significantly based on your lender's specific terms. Always consult your lender for exact figures before signing any loan agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarJudgeAI LLC is NOT liable for:
Maximum liability: Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid to CarJudgeAI in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CarJudgeAI LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of CarJudgeAI shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email to your registered address. Continued use of CarJudgeAI after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
